Emerson Motor Division – Reynosa, Mexico
Design and Installation of the complete MEP and Building Automation Systems.

PFS Mexico – Mexico City
Turnkey electrical - mechanical Installation for a new freezer/cooler refrigeration system in Mexico City.

Ocean Club – Cayman Islands
Complete MEP Supply and installation on a 141 Residential Condo Project devastated by Hurricane Ivan.

Ellis-Don – CAN-AGRI Plants – Lithuania & Latvia
MEP supply and install for Canadian Government sponsored projects.

St. Lucia – Secondary School
Designed, Supplied and Installed complete MEP systems for a new secondary school. Provided training for local firms relating to maintenance and service.

Caribbean Airports
Primary MEP contractor for several airports throughout the Caribbean including Montserrat, Grand Turk, and Anguilla.

Trane – Seattle – National Accounts
Installation and commissioning of over 300 Costco Wholesale warehouses throughout North America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Hussmann Canada – Wal-Mart Supercentres
Preferred multi- trade contractor for the installation of refrigeration package systems for Wal-Mart projects across Canada.
